Amplify Development Company is a vertically integrated real estate development and investment management company. With a portfolio of projects and properties across the country, we operate several different development and investment platforms.
The Amplify team has extensive experience in developing and managing numerous product types that span the real estate spectrum. Student housing, mixed-use multifamily, multifamily with an affordable housing component, and retail projects are amongst the sectors that Amplify currently focuses on. The company often curates a number of these complementary product types within each of the projects that we develop and acquire.
Amplify is guided by the principle that each of our projects requires its own unique, tailor-made business plan in order to meet the needs of the communities that we serve while simultaneously maximizing returns to our investors and partners. We strive to begin each project and investment with the end user and community in mind and take a top-down approach to the development and investment process.

Amplify has a robust portfolio that spans the country and includes a variety of asset classes and deal sizes. Amplify is primarily a long-term holder and operator of the projects and assets that it acquires/develops and focuses on markets that we understand and in which we enjoy spending time.

Amplify operates multiple different investment platforms that focus on the student housing, mixed-use multifamily, and retail sectors. We have been fortunate to establish lasting relationships and programmatic partnerships with numerous investment partners of all sizes and structures. These relationships afford us the flexibility to pursue a wide array of different investment types and sizes. No deal or project is too large or too small for Amplify, which is a characteristic that distinguishes us from many of our competitors.

Located directly across from the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, The Hub Los Angeles at The Coliseum is the premier housing community serving students attending the University of Southern California. The project was completed in the Spring of 2022 and opened to residents in the Fall of 2022. This was the first development project by Amplify Development Company and has become a landmark in the USC, Exposition Park, and Los Angeles communities.
