PROJECT OVERVIEW

Atmosphere Tempe is Tempe’s newest housing community and development project located in the heart of Tempe -- just steps to ASU’s campus and minutes to iconic Mill Avenue, A Mountain, and ASU’s athletic stadiums. The project consists of 20 stories with 252 apartment units over ground floor retail space. Atmosphere is designed with a new level of living in mind, and offers modern, fully furnished studio- to four-bedroom apartments. Residents will also enjoy two floors of amenity space, that includes an open-air rooftop pool and Skydeck, a fitness center, collaboration spaces, street-level retail, and structured parking on floors 2 through 5 The project received entitlement and approval for a Planned Area Development Permit (PAD) from the City of Tempe in November of 2019. Atmosphere Tempe is a 20-story high rise luxury apartment community servicing students and professionals in Tempe. The property is located directly adjacent to Arizona State University and Downtown Tempe’s bustling Mill Avenue Corridor. The project is currently under construction with a targeted delivery of Summer 2021.
