Amplify Development Company is a vertically integrated development company focused on acquiring, entitling and building quality mixed-use projects in California and across the West Coast.

Amplify is experienced in developing a variety of different product types across the real estate spectrum including mixed-use multifamily, student housing, co-living, affordable housing and retail projects. The company often curates a number of these complementary product types within each of the projects we develop.

The Hub On Campus at The Coliseum is a mixed-use, mixed income development project directly adjacent to the University of Southern California. The Hub consists of 7 stories with 79 luxury apartment units on top of 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. A portion of the apartment units are deed restricted as affordable and reserved for residents employed within the immediate area of the project earning 30% of the City of Los Angeles’ area median income (AMI).
