Our value-add platform allows us to acquire underutilized existing assets in desirable and growing markets at below market prices. We begin each of our value-add acquisitions with a detailed business plan focused on repositioning the asset to unlock value that others may not be able to recognize. Some of our most successful projects have occurred under this platform and we are excited to continue to add to our portfolio.

Greek Housing Income Producing Platform

The newest addition to Amplify’s investment platform, The Greek Housing Income Producing Platform allows us to acquire irreplaceable real estate in the university adjacent markets that we pursue on a regular basis. The short-term goal of this platform is to provide stable, passive income to our investors with minimal risk by securing long term, credit backed, net leases with established national fraternity and sorority housing corporations. The long-term goal of this platform is akin to the a “covered land play.”
