PROJECT OVERVIEW
Atmosphere Tempe is ASU's stongest performing student housing community located in the heart of the Tempe dining, retail and nightlife corridor along Mill Avenue just steps to ASU’s campus. The project was successfully delivered in the Fall of 2021 and achieved 100% occupancy in each of its first three years of operation. The project consists of 20 stories with 252 apartment units over ground floor retail space. Atmosphere is designed with a new level of living in mind, and offers modern, fully furnished studio- to four-bedroom apartments. Residents also enjoy two floors of amenity space, that includes an open-air rooftop pool and Skydeck, a fitness center, collaboration spaces, street-level retail, and structured parking on floors 2 through 5 The project received entitlement and approval for a Planned Area Development Permit (PAD) from the City of Tempe in 2019. Construction on the project commenced in December of 2019 and completion/delivery in the fall of 2021.

Atmosphere Tempe is a 20-story high rise luxury apartment community servicing students and professionals in Tempe. The property is located directly adjacent to Arizona State University and Downtown Tempe’s bustling Mill Avenue Corridor. The project is currently under construction with a targeted delivery of Summer 2021.
