PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Hub on Campus at Fullerton is a mixed-use development project located directly adjacent to the California State University Fullerton Campus (CSUF). The project is located on 3.66 acres and contemplates the demolition of an existing office building complex constructed in the 1970s. The project is currently designed to include 6 stories on new construction with 377 class A multifamily units, 1,103 beds, structured parking, and over 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The project was submitted to the City of Fullerton in November of 2020 and is currently going through the entitlement and approval process.

The Hub on Campus at Fullerton is the third project that Amplify is developing in California in partnership with Core Spaces and first in Orange County. It will also be the largest project in Amplify’ s portfolio which serves as a testament to the Company’s belief in the growth potential and strength of the Fullerton market.
The Hub will feature an array of amenities and offerings to its residents that are currently unavailable in the market. These offerings include a large and highly amenitized lobby, study area and fitness center, ground floor retail space, and a rooftop pool and lounge area. It is our belief that the Hub at Fullerton will be the premier living destination in all of Fullerton based on its scale, high quality architecture and unparalleled amenity offerings. Amplify and Core are proud to be working with the Los Angeles and Orange County offices of DLR Design Group and Kimley Horne on the architecture and engineering of the project and hope to have entitlements complete by the 1st quarter of 2022.
