The Hub On Campus at Figueroa Street is a mixed-use, mixed income development project located directly adjacent to the University of Southern California. The Hub consists of 7 stories with 159 luxury apartment units over 5,128 square feet of ground floor retail space. A portion of the apartment units are deed restricted as affordable and reserved for residents employed within the immediate area of the project earning 30% of the City of Los Angeles’ area median income (AMI). Amplify Development Company has expanded its partnership with Core Spaces for the development of this project.

The Hub on Figueroa is the second project that Amplify is developing on Figueroa Street at the University of Southern California. The size and scale of the project serves as a testament to the Company’s believe in the growth potential and market fundamentals of the USC market. That belief is further compounded by the active development pipeline and planned infrastructure improvements along the Figueroa Corridor over the next 8 years to accommodate the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Amplify hopes to continue to expand its acquisition and develop pipeline at USC in the near future and is incredibly excited about this latest addition to the portfolio.
The Hub on Figueroa will cater to students at the University of Southern California as well as local residents that work within the community.
