Vista Denver is the premier student housing community serving the University of Denver and Cherry Creek/Observatory Park submarkets of Denver, Colorado. Originally constructed in 2008, Vista Denver is comprised of 9 stories, 85 units, and 287 bedrooms/bathrooms. Vista Denver is located just steps from the University of Denver campus, making it the second largest housing community serving the DU Market.
Amplify acquired Vista in Q4 of 2022 as part of the Company’s Value-add Acquisition Platform. Since acquiring the asset Amplify has executed an aggressive renovation and value-add business plan which was formally completed ahead of the Fall 2023/Spring 2024 School year. The renovations and upgrades made to Vista Denver focused on improving the resident experience and driving leasing interest in this irreplaceable asset just steps from one of the most prestigious universities in the country. Amplify has partnered with Cardinal Group Management to serve as the on-site property manager, who has been instrumental in the leasing and marketing of the “New and Improved” Vista Denver.
