The property is located just steps from the CSU campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. CSU is the second largest university in the State of Colorado with a full-time enrollment over 34,000. The Westside House is a part of Amplify Development Company’s Greek Housing Platform and is current master leased to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity Chapter of Colorado State University.
